Club and Track Info
Below is a brief description of some of the clubs we work with and links to the tracks we often run.
NASA Mid-Atlantic is the longest running east coast region of NASA (National Auto Sport Association) and a favorite of our wheel to wheel racers. Based out of VA, they run sprint races, endurance races, and a high quality High Performance Driver’s Education Program. (HPDE) suitable for all skill and experience levels.
EMRA: The Eastern Motor Racing Association is the club where Entropy began racing. Since the late ‘80s Entropy has been time trialing, racing, and endurance racing with EMRA and we run a full schedule of with the club. The racing with EMRA tends to be clean and fun while their time trial program offers the opportunity to compete without the risks and expenses of racing wheel to wheel, and is often a great bridge between driver’s education programs and actual competition.
NASA Northeast merged with PDA at the beginning of 2006 and as a result of the union hosts one of the most extensive schedules of HPDE in the northeast and a nice compliment of club races and mini-enduros. PDA is one of our favorite places to take novices with a wide variety of tracks and dates to choose from.
NASA Ohio/Indiana: As the newest Eastern region of NASA they are coming on strong with a schedule of Sprint, and Endurance racing as well as a compliment of HPDEs to coincide with the wheel to wheel events. Although we do not have any of their dates on our schedule we like to keep in touch and stay informed. if we go to Mid-Ohio in the future I suspect it will be with NASA Ohio/Indiana.
PDA: The Performance Driver’s Association is an excellent value for tracktime and our favorite schooling venue. They offer ample tracktime, an excellent format, a large choice of dates at all of our Northeast tracks, and the flexibility to run our educational program the way that works best for YOU!
SCDA: The Sports Car Driving Association runs events at Lime Rock Park, Watkins Glen, and New Hampshire Inernational Speedway. Ian Prout and the rest of the Prout family run a friendly, educational event, with a strong emphasis on safety and education. Their classroom sessions are worth the price of admission, and the days are generally low key and offer good tracktime.
CarGuys is also a favorite for HPDE events with Entropy, offering quality track time at VIR, Watkins Glen, Rockingham Motorspeedway, and Summit Point.
